10 STEP PROCESS

STEP 1

 Initial consultation : Includes Project scope of work, lot assessment, Client wish list, timeline discussion, and Budget overview. Following the initial consultation, we will schedule a site visit to walk the lot,  for either a renovation or new build.

STEP 2

 Design & Permitting : Pre-design consultation, Survey's, as-built drawings, Architectural drawings, Zoning submission, COA applications, mechanical drawings, final working drawings.

STEP 3

Budget update: Update the initial budget to be in line with current drawings and scope of work.

STEP 4

 Finish selection & Interior design: Work with our in-house design staff or hire your own to work on the project: Renderings and mill-work drawings completed.

STEP 5

Construction Contract: Finalize scope of work, payment schedule, project schedule, and Final project costs. 

STEP 6

Schedule Project start date. 

STEP 7

During construction: Project updates to clients, ie. pictures and constant email updates. Scheduled site walk through.

STEP 8

Project close-out and PDI: Final walk through with client to finalize all remaining items, and prepare for turnover. Final review with Tarion inspector if required. 

STEP 9

Final clean-up, and professional staging & Photography taken. 

STEP 10

 After project communication, and warranty on-call service
